This three-bedroomed house was sold in 2023. The new owner applied for consent use to install a single garage. However, the entire front of the property has been removed and enough space has been cleared to build three garages. The Land Use Management inspector has visited the property and declared that the building is irregular and that the building inspector must intervene.
