Details of complaint: Deceased estate for more than 5 years. Grounds are overgrown, causing a rat problem for neighbours.
Attractive to vagrants, causing security issues for neighbours.
Devaluing properties and community.
Property is being managed by a lawyer; who did have a Housesitter & occasionally a gardener. Property has been left deserted and unattended to, for over 6 months, when lawyer last communicated she was trying to get the banks to take the house.
Lawyer contacted recently – said she’d “try get something done”. No further progress has occurred.
