Details of complaint: The property was originally the typical three bedroomed home, but it has been built on to become a multi-story building to accommodate people way in excess of the zoning regulations. This impacts on the infrastructure which is now collapsing, with water shortages, electricity outages, poor road maintenance, increased traffic, noise disturbances, etc.
