Nature of complaint: Unregistered/problematic student residence, Unregistered/problematic guest house/B&B/party venue
Details of complaint: Construction taking place without plans and neighbour’s not being formally advised as what is intended for the new building. If it us for student accommodation we should have been advised and asked if we approve especially as this new development is sandwiched between two fully occupied BLOCKS of flats.
Details of evidence given to the municipality: TBA
Progress: The property owners were charged by law enforcement. The building plans were submitted but the work did not stop. A rate code change was therefore initiated.
