Details of complaint: Illegal B&B. Consistent noise and nuisance, with intimidation directed towards neighbours.
According the residents, the clients of the guest house park outside with music blaring from their cars at all hours. The owner, apparently, has rules for ‘quiet hours’ but these are not enforced.
An incident, caught on CCTV, showed how these ‘guests’ threw rocks and pulled a gun after they were asked to turn the music down.
