Details of complaint: It is a 3 bedroom house with a basement but has been turned into student accommodation with more than 12 students
The students are also housed in the basement with no windows
There is loud noise from the house all day and night
They drink on the road urinate on the island and leave there bottles on the road for the neighbours to clean up
